Details

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Domestic Shipping

  • Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all domestic orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Shipping Time: You can expect to receive your domestic order within 3-5 business days after order processing for Standard Shipping and 1-2 days with Express Delivery.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update.
  • Diplomatic Mails may take longer to arrive due to logistical constraints.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) for us to process your international order.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times for international orders will vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update.



*Order Processing:- To get your order to you quickly, 

  • First, we will make sure your items are available.
  • Then, we transfer them to our shipping center to be packed and shipped.
  • Depending on availability, orders placed by 2:00 PM EST on weekdays will be shipped the same day between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following week.
  • A final confirmation email and text message will be sent to you by our shipping team within 24 hours to confirm your order details and prevent fraud. We'll hold your order until we receive your confirmation.
  • Once confirmed and on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Don't worry if the tracking initially says "Label Created" that just means the label is ready and waiting for the carrier to pick it up. This can sometimes take a few hours or 1-2 days to update.

 


Holidays

Please note that order processing and shipping times may be affected by the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day: January 1st - Orders placed on this day will be processed the next business day.
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Third Monday of January - Carriers may experience delays.
  • Presidents' Day: Third Monday of February - Carriers may experience delays.
  • Memorial Day: Last Monday of May - Orders placed on this day will be processed the next business day.
  • Juneteenth National Independence Day: June 19th - Orders placed on this day will be processed the next business day.
  • Independence Day: July 4th - Orders placed on this day will be processed the next business day.
  • Labor Day: First Monday of September - Orders placed on this day will be processed the next business day.
  • Columbus Day: Second Monday of October - Carriers may experience delays.
  • Veterans Day: November 11th - Carriers may experience delays.
  • Thanksgiving Day: Fourth Thursday of November - Orders placed on this day will be processed the next business day.
  • Christmas Day: December 25th - Orders placed on this day will be processed the next business day.

While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or carrier disruptions can also occasionally impact delivery times.

You will receive email notifications about the status of your order, including shipping confirmation and tracking information. If you do not receive a notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
